Anyone else think Tony could lead this team to a SB? We'd need to bring him in now and then start him week 10 or so but if he's still physically able he'd slaughter in this offense. BTW I prefer to just let Mitch mature but musing on a boring day.

Lol, classic responses so far. I'm really just looking for interesting dialogue. I do think Romo could he effective in today's NFL.

Super bowl run for 2 games... before he cracks a rib, fractures a vertebrae, and dislocations his vagina.

Tony Romo couldn't lead a high school team to prom. So no.

Okay, let's say Trubisky and Chase Daniel are out at a bar and both spontaneously combust. My first question is, how fast can Romo learn this offense? How willing would Nagy be to change things to suit Romo and his learning curve with this offense? It seems to me, even a savvy vet like Romo would take some time to learn this shit.

How'd he do in previous playoff games? Did he grow a new back?

You obviously missed the memo on how it takes five years to learn this offense, not five games.......

The only QB, that’s not starting for a NFL team or retired, that could run this offense in a short amount of time is Nick Foles.

What are people's thoughts with that, winning the SB will make him demand too much for them to keep? And he won't have any loyalty to the team/QB he never would've got a ring without?
Spotrac says he's not a FA until 2020. Fales is UFA in 2019. RG3 is UFA. Hundley is UFA. Kaaya probably won't be able to be floating around people's practice squads any more and off Colt's IR.

Pace could trade the 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025 1st round picks to move up in the draft. That way they would have to extend him to 2025 because nobody would want to be GM.
