Murphy turning a DP is like an eclipse - you shouldn't look directly at it.

But it worked!

Well, it works both ways. He is slow. But, Baez also defies laws of science so it makes it look that much slower

Wind blowing in often means a lean day at the plate - even though we don't rely on the HR like we used to.

Let's pile some hits up.

I'd be perfectly happy seeing a Schwarbomb or three today. Wind or no wind.

I think we might see schwarber go for a bunt with that shift on if the situation calls for it today.

Too bad he gets NO credit for that in MVP consideration!

That's OK. Just win, baby!

Seeing the Brewer fans chant MVP after the Yelich RBI made me throw up; they were loud af too. I'll give them that but damn c'mon Cubs dont let these a-holes cuck you in your own house.

Q just did not execute to Yelich. Cant blame the guy for singling to center on a center cut at the thigh pitch. I guess you can be happy he did not put it in the seats.

I mean give credit to the brewers. They got a hit, sac'd him to second. Pushed him over to third on a pretty well hit ball that baez played well and then got a hit from Yelich. Not really like the cubs did anything wrong there. Scoring a run on two singles is hard.

Why isn't Rizzo in this MVP discussion? :)
