Look at the unity... look at the fact this team is a FAMILY. I get to see a lot of great post game clubhouse celebrations as a Cubs fan. THIS is our Bears... Nagy is the BEST thing to happen to this team in a LONG time:

This thread does have precidence. Nagy spent time with maddon and saw how the cubs culture is and is translating that clubhouse atmosphere to the bears.
