Certainly the difference between Phil's success and downfall as a coach. With Tex on the sidelines breaking down teams, Phil just had to calm players and things worked great. No Tex, then Phil would have been a one and done coach in this league IMO.

True. Without Tex Winter, there is little chance Phil Jackson would have gotten laid by Jeanie Buss.
