The Bears used to release tickets for face value on ticketmaster 24-48 hours before games.

Do they still do this? If so, when?

How much is regular ticket? I'm checking ticketmaster online and tickets are selling now for only $300-400 a seat. I think you can sign up for an alert but not sure.

They do release tickets before the games at face value. They release tickets returned from visiting team, sponsors, vip etc.
Start checking the Monday before the game and check a couple times z day. (Ticketmaster)
