DID YOU KNOW???

The Chicago Bears have only beaten the Patriots once since their Super Bowl XX victory over New England.

The Chicago Bears, Atlanta Falcons, Dallas Cowboys, Minnesota Viking and Tampa Bay Buccaneers are all teams that Tom Brady is undefeated against in his almost two decade NFL career.

The New England Patriots are 59-18 in the month of October since the year 2000.

The New England Patriots are 51-14 against NFC teams since 2002 and 14-3 against the NFC North.

MATCH-UPS TO WATCH

KHALIL MACK vs LAADRIAN WADDLE

The Pats right tackle has been ruled out of Sunday's game. While Mack has been apparently nursing a sore ankle...getting a second string match-up should give Josh McDaniels fits. Does Gronk pull more blocking assignments than Brady would like to see?

KYLE FULLER vs JOSH GORDON

Gordon quickly getting on the same page as his new QB, so expect Fuller to have his hands full with the lightening fast talent. If I am Tom Brady...I am testing Fuller early and often.

ROB GRONKOWSKI vs ROQUAN SMITH

For the first time since the turn of the decade...the Bear defense has a linebacker that may be able to match-up with Brady's BFF. Between Smith's coverage skills and the need to ask Gronk to help keep Mack at bay...does Gronk go invisible in Chicago?

After the Bears OT loss in Miami and the Pats shootout victory Sunday Night against the best offense in the league...there is no piece of logic that says the Bears win this.

Which is exactly why they will.

Bears superior talent wins the first 57 minutes.

New England's better coaching wins the last three minutes, and the game.

This was one of the losses I predicted from the get go. Bears are good, but not great yet. This game will give us a look at how close they might be, or gulp...how far away they might be. As long as it isn't over by the 2nd quarter like the last 2 meetings.

Gotta think the Bears D responds after being pants'd last week.

I pick the Pats to win, but I have been wrong the last 2 weeks, so I won't be mad if I'm wrong this week too. :)

Not super confident in this one. Think the score ends up closer then the actual game.

Bears 20

Mitch Trubisky: 25-38, 239 yards, 2TD, 1INT, 4 carries, 37 yards.
Jordan Howard: 15 carries, 55 yards, 1 reception, 8 yards.
Allen Robinson: 5 receptions, 52 yards, 1 TD.
Tarik Cohen: 9 carries, 45 yards, 4 receptions, 57 yards.
Trey Burton: 4 receptions, 32 yards, 1 TD.
Anthony Miller: 3 receptions, 23 yards.

Bears Defense struggles again but the game will be kept close throughout. They'll rebound over the next couple after this one. Trubisky will do more to show that the recent improvements he's made are here to stay. Tarik Cohen will continue to show that he's probably the most dangerous weapon in this offense.

Would be huge if they won this one.

Gronk won't play. Didn't make the trip to Chicago.

I'm going to winterize my lawnmower tomorrow. Game should be over by the middle of the 3rd quarter. I'll be able to get a good start on chores.

I cleaned out my chickens today so tomorrow is all clear for apple picking. I'm going to leave my phone in the car, I don't want to be tempted to look at the score and ruin my day.

Hollister is out as well. He's also a decent target for Brady at TE. Hopefully this forces him to hold onto the ball just an extra half second...
