Shaheen gets a lot of the media hype, but for my money this is the guy the Bears want to unleash for the stretch run. His speed is next level, way faster than any of the other Bears weapons.

They've quietly had him active the last two weeks and are putting him out there getting his feet wet. I think it's obvious they have big plans for him very soon.

What big plans are you predicting?

I have not been impressed by him when he has been on the field.

Think you'll see a lot of jet sweeps and tosses designed to get him out on the edge where he can turn on the afterburners. They'll have him run a few wheels but the Bears have struggled to complete those types of plays so I wonder how effective he'll be there.

If he gets past the first level look out.

Gabriel has run in the 4.2's in the 40.

Mizzell isn't faster.
Gabriel may have a run 4.2 in shorts but he doesn't play at 4.2.

I like Gabriel but there's no way he's playing at that speed. Watch Hill or Cooks then watch Gabriel, the difference is obvious.

I always thought he'd be best in the slot. He's Cohen light without the shake.

All of those nerds in the Ryan Nall camp sure have gotten quiet.

I sure do wish we had Matt Breida's speed though. If we do dump Howard, I'd love to see us aim for Breida.

I dont think there is any chance the Pace-led Bears ever pay a RB in any meaningful way.

Breida looks like he suffers a career ending injury every time he gets tackled. Breida as the featured back sounds like the worst idea ever. Honestly, it's as bad of a thought as thinking Ryan Nall is good at football.

mizzell's 4.55 speed is nothing next level, he's a shifty player that may fit better given the oline's struggles to open holes for howard.

he looked like crap in preseason. if they are getting him ready its just to provide depth behind cohen. i'd rather see them dump mizzell and go get ameer abdullah for the minimum.

He looks lost with the ball so far. He needs more usage, but I think NFL just might be too big for him.

I was a big fan of his in the rookie year in Preseason with the Ravens, and he has not looked good since then.

Let him KR/PR, and provide depth in case of injury.
