I think he will be on a short leash, and I would rather hear that the Bears have brought in a "kicking coach" to work with Parkey and review the film to determine what went wrong, and how he can improve/compensate.

you blew out the lions, who brought the defensive mind from the patriots and had the defensive backs wanting to fight each other after every completed pass. Not much of a division opponent with the 4th quarter stat padder when teams are playing the prevent the blowout quarterback.
