Found this pic by just googling "Jay Cutler and Brandon Marshall Wallpaper." Does anyone know where this is from? Josh Freeman, Matthew Stafford, Tim Tebow, and Jay Cutler. If they are not teens they must be in their early twenties. Josh Freeman looks 16.

The article was published in 2005. If that is the case then this was Jay Cutler before his final year at Vanderbilt. Jay Cutler would be 22 years old in this pic thus making Freeman, Tebow, and Stafford 17. Notice Cutler is wearing white. Jay cutler was a counselor http://twicsy.com/i/26HkYb

Likely something like an Elite 11 camp? Oh it says that right on their shirts.

Every year players nearly out of highschool before going to college ball, there is a camp of the top 11 QBs they select across the country that's basically a mini-camp like event to help groom the QBs.

Some other Bears were apart of it, I know Kyle Orton was in it.

I don't know how he was a counselor, his body language is all wrong, and from this photo, it doesn't appear as if he has the leadership skills needed to point these young kids in the right direction.
