I tried one of these here a cpl years back...half the people quit playing

On the bright side, other people quitting doesn't effect the leaders like it does in other Fantasy Sports. Winner gets the bacon. :shifty:

If the winner is not a donator, I'll personally pay for you to get donator status.

We had a Pick'em League on here last year that was completely controlled through CCS. It was a lot of work for the poster that led the league, and I thought if he was willing, I'd host one through Yahoo! Sports if anyone was interested. I can offer up a Bears Book for the winner, providing we get 20+ entries.

Anyone have interest in a Pick'em League?

OK - Pay attention.

League Host: Yahoo! Sports
League Name: ChiCitySports.Com
League ID: 11718
League Pass: CCS (all caps)

NAME YOUR PICK SET THE SAME AS YOUR CCS USER HANDLE, PLEASE

League Style: Confidence Points + TieBreaker

Winner wins (at the minimum) the following, assuming we have 20+ entries:
Gale Sayers Autobiography
9781572439955.gif

Also, If the winner is not a donator, I'll personally pay for you to get donator status.
I'm in. I love these things.

Maybe if anyone wants to do this at the end, we can get the winner cash for a 6 pack of their favorite beer.

(Or for me and the brothas, pop).

Want to play. Don't want a book about Sayers so can I have a Bears SB ring like the Pats gave to Putin? Since I am a donator will you donate to college tuition for my kids? What are the rules?

You pick the winners of all the 14/16 (depending on if it's during the bye week period) games each week. Assign each game a number from 1 through 14/16. You get points for each game you picked correctly,so you would assign 14 for a game you're confident about who the winner will be (Jax @ SF for example, you would probably have as a 13 or a 14), going down the more difficult games, and your "1" will be for the one that you feel is the biggest crap shoot.

I can do that but what's the advantage to listing the games you're more confident about last?
