Chicago Cubs rookies dress up for final roadtrip of regular season
The Chicago Cubs are in the middle of their final road trip of the regular season as they completed a sweep of the Cincinnati Reds on Thursday. Now the team will head to Milwaukee before they play in the Wild Card Game on Wednesday.
Cubs rookies have played a key part in the team’s success this season. Kris Bryant broke a franchise record for most home runs by a rookie and the entire class has the most in Cubs history.
After Thursday’s game, Cubs rookies were hazed by having to dress up as Disney princesses:

Considering this is one of the youngest teams in all of baseball, relying on no less than six first-year players to make daily contributions, it’s no surprise the team has decided to remind them what they really are: http://thesixthirty.com/sports/cubs-haze-rookies/.
