MTA purposes Cubs-Mets series bet to CTA via Twitter
The mayors of Chicago and New York have already made a friendly wager on the upcoming NLCS series. But now the two cities transit systems are getting into the action.
On Thursday night the Metropolitan Transit Authority issued the bet to the Chicago Transit Authority wagering a slice of pizza for the series winner via Twitter:
The New York @Mets — onward to Chicago! Hey @cta, care to make a friendly wager? A slice to the #NLCS winner? #LGM
