Hat Trick Sinks Admirals 5-2

The IceHogs were powered on by a Hat Trick by PC Labrie(F), to defeat their division rivals, the Milwaukee Admirals 5-2 last night in Rockford.

Milwaukee put the first point on the board with a Power Play goal scored by Vladislav Kamenev in the 1st frame. Rockford then came back in the 2nd period with goals by PC Labrie (twice), Jake Dowell, and Matt Fraser. The 3rd period saw goals by both teams. It was Labrie’s EN goal late in the 3rd frame that was the final canon blast, sinking the Admirals’ ship.

The IceHogs hit the road for back-to-back games in Charlotte this coming weekend and return home next Tuesday, March 15th to host the Checkers.
