Say what you want about Gruden, but he knows how to design an offensive gameplan. It seems like he almost always has the perfect play drawn up for the type of defense that's out there. Carr is shredding them right now.

Watching the DET game and I can't fucking believe how inconsistent one ref crew is to the next.
The way they call games completely differently is fucking horseshit
The crew for the Det game is being internally consistent, so I guess that is good. But the way they are calling PI and O holding is fucking Special person. No other crew in the league calls it that tight and if they did, the endless flags would fuckin ruin football.
