That would be a fascinating debate.

There are also the less cultured circles that may try to label it as "gravy", but no one really takes that definition very seriously anyhow.

I would say that soups have stocks. There may be some examples to the contrary, but I think that's a decent place to start?

Chili doesn't have stock in any form I've ever made it in.

It's not a bad question. I don't know about there, but several pizza places here do what is called Butter Chicken Pizza. I have not tried it, and probably won't.

I would say that covering that thing in canned chili is the only way to make it edible again. May I suggest Amour brand as it is equally as disgusting.

Seriously, chili is at it's best as a condiment...so the only limits should be your imagination and blood pressure.
