If the Bears lose Thursday just shelf him for the year. There’s no point in him potentially getting hurt in a meaningless game.
If he's healthy, he plays. If Dallas wins on Thurs all of the best players should sit out the season?

When the season is over. Learn to read. What good could possibly come out of playing your starters in games that don’t matter?
I read fine, if he's healthy Nagy will play him the rest of the season regardless of if the team is in contention.

No you absolutely do not. Remember when the coach should have taken tua out?
Yeah but Tua isnt getting paid for incentives, ala snaps, tackles etc.....so sorry, u can ask but it's up to player. This is the professionals in the NFL, not college

Entertainment. This is an entertainment industry. You know starters don't get benched when the team is out of the playoffs. Season ticket holders pay a ridiculous amount of money to see the top Bears entertainers.

There could be some benefit in playing him some even if the Bears are mathematically out of playoff contention. A couple are:
1. To see how his elbow really is. He would be able to know if he needs more supplemental therapy in his rehab or is it back to 100%.
2. It's the Packers!

In 2016, Kyle Fuller could have played in the last three meaningless games after being cleared to play on a recovering knee. He chose to let his knee heal instead. He went to the ProBowl in 2017, and was all-Pro in 2018. Sometimes it's smart to just let your key players heal for next year. I see only a low probability of making the playoffs at this point, and zero probability of a deep playoff run. The smart move is to let Hicks heal for next year....
