Now that one was on Trubisky. He plain gave up, orcompletely forgot the situation. No excuse for that stupidity...

you can't run one guy beyond or even near the sticks. You need at least two on oppo sides of field, especially with a three man rush.

Only having one guy, who is double covered and 5 foot nothing to throw to for first down is not a play that is designed to succeed.

That play was on Nagy. full stop

At the time of the throw ARob was not completely open. He was dead even. You can not see Miller at the time.

He had 2 choices shallow. Down 23-3 you take the big shot.

Wims had inside leverage on his guy. The LBer dropping back had no play on the ball. With a big body receiver that has inside leverage if you can get over the top of the dropping LBer he is considered open. That play is a completion except Wims allowed the over the top DB to bang him off the route. He did not go hard after the pass. That is a 100% lack of effort play. No way ARob lets something like that happen.

No, we have gone through the coaching growing pains it is time to see the results.

Unless, it means that we can dump Pace then I would consider it,

My hope is that Nagy over throws Pace in the offseason.

Take a look at the 4-23 play design that is going around twitter. Should tell you all you need to know.

Nagy needs to change quickly or hire an OC. If he refuses either, he needs to go.
Is that the one where he called a play where no one ran a deep route?

No. He's been subpar this year, but I don't want the Bears to be that organization that shuffles through coaches every 2 years. He deserves a chance to get this turned around. As frustrating as this year was, the Bears were in every game and the players still seem to be responding to Nagy. This isn't the year 2, Marc Trestman shit show

And if Mitch can't turn things around, I'd like for Nagy to get an opportunity with a better QB

Pace deserves the axe more than Nagy does. Problem is, Bears need be prepared to part with Nagy if Pace goes, and I don't think they are on that bus. Hiring a new GM and forcing a coach on him is not the best move.

I agree with Frankie above. Coaches need more than 2 or 3 years to install their systems, and find the players needed.

In Nagy's defense, I have seen that the offense looks great when Chase is QB. Issue is that Chase is not mobile enough for this oline and generally sucks. However, the issue with Nagy is that he's playing a QB who doesn't fit his offense and refuses to adjust. He never adjusts to what his players can do.

Nagy is stubborn but I think his offense can work. Problem is that he hasn't realized that the current QB doesn't fit his offense.

Then Nagy needs to tailor the "O" to what he has talent-wise right? ?‍♂️ OR.....maybe it's time for Nagy to............ hit the road.

It’s true, we aren’t yet at the level of the last 2 cowches or even the last gm, so don’t panic, but the clock is ticking

Oh I agree with you. Nagy is stubborn and consistently puts his players in bad positions. No argument from me. However, I also think his offense can work if he had the correct QB. There are times when I see players open and Trubisky not seeing the open receiver. Even in the Cowboys game that was a good game for Trubisky, I saw Trubisky throw into double and triple coverage. He just got lucky that those passes were not intercepted. Trubisky did go to his 2nd and 3rd read quite often in that game, but I feel like usually Trubisky has already determined who he's going to throw to before the snap. Even on the RPOs, sometimes I think he predetermines what he will do before he hikes the ball.

:unsure:So I guess we need to start a list of HC's for Nagy's replacement?

Ron Rivera......Old Bear. Aggressive "D". Been to a SB.
Eric Bieniemy ....OC , KC..... yeah I know BUT he would make a commitment to the running game
Lincoln Riley.......head coach at the University of Oklahoma.
