However, that should also lead to the loss of current GM, coaching staff, couple of bloated contracts, consistent underperforming players, etc. Bonus would be Teddy being relegated to stadium concession worker. Probably will be the youngest & least experienced roster for the new staff, but I bet they still do better than what we see now.

Still probable. Texans/Jags are possible wins, but I can't see this offense keeping up with the Texans offense.
