Sounds to me like the tea leaves tell you what you want to hear. You have disregarded the account of someone not suing him and that criminal charges are not required. Can he file in Dallas where locals won't be as enamored with Watson and there are fewer political ties? There's plenty yet unanswered and I suspect there will will be coming waves of info that will sway opinion in both directions. We all want to rush to judgement but it's better to just wait for more to come out. Saying that it currently doesn't look good is not crucifying the guy. It's fact.

The issue is Watson allegedly did not follow it but as we have no evidence of how other therapists responded when other clients failed to follow the rule, your bolded statement is meaningless.

You cant prove she violated the law. And you cant prove that her reacrion to Watson disregarding this practice was outside of the ordinary.

Would I? No. But I'm a 6'5 280 pound man, I have never been in a situation where I felt physically let alone sexually threatened.

Saying what she should do is pointless. Do you have any idea how many women are raped and never tell anyone? In these situations(again, talking generally, not saying this specifically about Watson) the whole thing is the power and dominance over another human being. That's what gets sexual predators off.

I can't even imagine being in such a situation, but I know women who were sexually assaulted and I can tell you 100% that expecting them to act rationally or to conform to some kind of " proper procedure " in that kind if situation is ridiculous. That's not to say every woman reacts the same way, but continuing on while literally in shock over what's happening to them is 100% understandable.

I don't know if Watson did the things he is accused of. If your belief is that he's innocent then fine, none of us have any idea. If you're defending Watson assuming these stories are true and saying it's the women's fault, that's just fucked up.
