Unfortunately i started getting sick last night but that won't get in the way of football and unbuttoning the top button of pants after eating.

We need more details! How are you cooking your brisket?
I'm doing it in a smoker outside.... pepper and salt with a hint of garlic and red chile powder. I rub Papaya paste on brisket let it rest for 2 hours then sprinkle my seasoning. Cooking for 3 hours already.... should be ready by 3 or 4pm

Sounds good. We did a 14 LB brisket yesterday that turned out really good

good luck, just got over two weeks of that BS, still can't taste, but won't stop me from filling my face.
