That being said there are a lot more college coaches I'd prefer over Harbaugh.

I would suggest Georgia Bulldogs HC Kirby Smart. For years he running very successful program in SEC conference. Yes, He don't have the NFL experience but a lot coaches mentioned here on CCS. Thoughts?

The no NFL experience is a problem.

I would want someone who has at least had a stint in the NFL or is connected to a lot of NFL coaches. It's too big of a jump for someone raw just to figure out without having experienced personnel.
