It’s easier to be clutch when you have a guy running wide open down the middle of the field…
You can say that about all the great quarterbacks then. More often then not they are hitting wide open receivers running down the middle of the field. That’s why they are great!

Stafford showed me some things last night I had not seen from him before.

The Rams or Chiefs are gonna win this thing, and I would favor the Rams.

Matthew Stafford has been the king of comebacks in the NFL. Since he came into the NFL in 2009, he leads the league in fourth-quarter comebacks with 31. He ranks third among active quarterbacks, behind only Tom Brady and Ben Roethlisberger.

You're just a clueless know nothing

Comebacks against bad teams after he helps put them in a hole
And you’ve pretended to be a lions fan for like 4 years, loser. You missed the majority of his career lololol

Yeah, the Bucs were a bad team, and Stafford put them in a hole.

Please continue, it's really quite amazing the depth of your cluelessness.

Imagine being the king of comebacks when you’ve spent a career losing to good teams and not winning playoff games until you joined a super team. Most fraudulent qb I’ve ever seen

It’s likely true that Mathew Stanford has had many dozens more comeback “opportunities”than Brady.

so that stat tells us what?
84 and 88 comebacks…

but 84 of 150 qualifying “comeback” opportunities vs 88 of 120?

I mean I need to know more before I decide what that stat is telling me because as the lions QB Stanford probably trailed late in 75% of games or more. I’m guessing Brady like 35% or less….

“ I’m a huge Stafford fan and have been for a long time,” Rodgers said Tuesday on the Pat McAfee Show. “We played against him for so many years. He’s one of the most gifted throwers in football, definitely of my generation. I’m a fan. He’s a tough dude and has played through some crazy injuries. I’m a big fan and he’s having a really nice season.”

That's your boy Aaron commenting on Stafford "Anyclue?"

Never understood the need to tear a player down when they are having success. When Stafford was in the Bears' division, I could see it because he was a rival, and that's what rival teams' fans do. There are some valid criticisms being argued against Stafford, but the only way to silence them is for him to win, and that's what he's doing. The past is past; you can only move forward in life.

As far as I'm concerned, I'm glad he has chance to win the trophy that has eluded him his whole career. Good for him!

And as a cancer survivor myself, I echo the poster who wished his wife well, to stay free of cancer.

I know 1 thing, if he wins a SB the 1st year after leaving Detroit, his haters will be forever silenced.
And it will give them ammunition to say it was the defense and not him. At least for a little while.

The past is for cowards and there are a few cowards on here that absolutely love bringing up the past especially when they can come up with anything that is relevant to the topic at hand.
