You can’t change the data if you don’t work to change it. Crying and filing lawsuits is plain childish and will get nothing accomplished.

Sad, because he obviously had talent as a HC, and could have REALLY changed the perception of minority coaches in the league. But his childish ego is going to end up doing nothing but harming himself in the end…
Again other white coaches with childish egos get other HC jobs, why are you constantly calling black coaches out of their name?

Which other black coaches aren’t getting jobs because of Childish egos? I only know of one. And the white guy with a childish ego (Harbaugh) didn’t get one either. Other black coaches without those egos are getting jobs, like In Lovie. But you guys don’t approve of that hire because it doesn’t suit your agenda…

Cool so there are now two black coaches now. So let’s review the excuses for why they’re not getting HC jobs

They have to put in work
Not enough experience
Too much of an asshole
Product of a system
Product of a QB
Everyone else is a better candidate
Probably not the right time for them
Whiny
Too much of an ego

Anything else?

Same with confident and aggressive women being labeled bitches. There are definitely some white dudes that don't like when minorities or women challenge them.
Doesn’t that work the other way? Aren’t there definitely some black dudes that don’t like when white dudes or women challenge them?

Extrapolated further….as a whole, do people like to be challenged? Most don’t. Some do.

So Rodgers agrees to come back to a worse team when a better version of the Pack couldnt get over the hump?
Rogers wants to be the highest paid player in the NFL and you have him signing a deal at $21M when Mahomes and Allen are making $40M +?

Yes. Surprisingly, even minority HC candidates need to be qualified in order to have a chance at being a HC. And even then, the qualifications each team looks for are different, so even if you’re qualified for one, it doesn’t mean you are for all. And that has NOTHING to do with the color of your skin or where you are from.

Could it be a factor? Yes. But lifting up a guy with serious flaws in his resume as the guy who was obviously discriminated against is the stupidest thing ever, and does NOTHING to help the cause. In fact, it hurts it.
