On criminal tampering and domestic violence. Apparently both charges are misdemeanors and the worst of it(from the Broncos Board) is he broke his baby mama's phone or a family member's--they haven't confirmed. He apparently didn't strike her(or them)but taking the phone is domestic violence.

Out here in Vermont, it’s the latter. This week a drunk dude was doing donuts and struck a guy. Thinking he was dead, he went to bury him on an abandoned farm or something. The fucker got his truck in deep mud and had to seek assistance while carrying a body in his truck. The victim actually made it and is in critical condition.

I knew some kids that decided to do donuts while hammered in a jeep with a couple of the kids sitting on the frame in the back. Well seeing that it was a jeep, it rolled over and crushed one of the kids heads.
