At this point why not. Reiff is the starting RT so this potentially gives Tevin a chance to sniff the starting 5. Will be interesting to watch him in live action at RG. I question if he has the athleticism they like at the position but he will maul. Borom is the swing tackle plain and simple.

That would probably be the intelligent thing to do, but there are so many unknowns such as will there be a center/guard who will be cut before the season that would fit in the system as an upgrade. Maybe, the Bears are forced to keep that backup guard and risk moving Whitehair to center because it was easier to have a guard replace a guard than it was to find a good center backup.

I think people shouldn’t read into Jenkins anything other than they’re giving the guy a chance. (Which is great). Where this goes now is up to him and his play. Would be huge for this team if he could step in.

I am sure he has but not on the play in question. Throwing when one on one vs when there is a S over the top is different. If you are one on one and the CB is beat then you lead the WR and it's a TD. If a S is over the top then you back shoulder to avoid the chance at an INT or the WR getting blown up by the S. Not sure why this has to be explained to you.
