If you put a 2nd round value on Higgins for a 1 year rental that's still slim. You can't come from 26 to 2 without giving up several first round selections.

No way, If we are trading down I want multiple 1st round picks and preferably a good haul in 2024 just in case Fields doesn't improve next year we can have the ammo to move up if need be

Why would the Bengals trade up? This free agency looks packed at DE.

Bears pick worth 3 firsts maybe more

Higgins worth a 1 and a 3

So the bengals move from 28 to 2 overall just giving up one 1st round pick, 2 total picks in 23 draft, and 3 overall draft picks, and the icing on the cake is a #2/#3 WR being valued as multiple 1sts. The bears meanwhile will have 3 WRs in a contract year in Mooney, Claypool, and Higgins?

Lol fuck No.

If I’m Cincinnati, I’m laughing at the bears if they take this.

No. My trade with the colts for 2 firsts and deforest Buckner would be better. The Bears only drop 4-5 spots and get an All- pro 3T tackle who used play under Eberflus.

If Bryce Young is available at #2, I have a very hard time believing the Bengals will have the best offer on the table. Do they really need to give up Higgins and two top picks so they can get Will Anderson when Burrow continues to play behind a subpar OLine?

Personally, I'd rather trade back a few spots with the Panthers, Colts, etc and then I might consider another trade back that includes Tee Higgins and the Bengals. And I'd only be willing to make that trade if we were able to already have significantly upgraded the OLine in free agency. If not, passing up a young top rated Tackle would be a luxury we can not afford.

So,long story short, No. I'm not making this trade with things as they currently stand.

CIN isn't putting anywhere near enough value into this trade, as-is this is a "hang up the phone" offer.

But will he throw the ball in under 2.5 seconds and have his offense score 10 points?? That’s what is important

Only trade for picks! No roster players that teams “want “ to give up. It’s hard work tanking we need to be better compensated!
