But I am willing to see how this thread rides out instead.

You have to ban him at this point (not to ban him pretty much is positive reinforcement that he is untouchable, even by the mods) and asking for a public poll is a bad precedent to make.

Honestly, if two mods were already thinking about banning him, hasn't the question been answered?

For the record, I intentionally avoid threads started by him and do my best to stop reading threads he posts on because I know they'll have nothing worth while in them.

Lastly, I appreciate the mods realizing that some things need to change, especially the douche-baggery that's so common place now. Thank you for that.
