That's pretty bad when a very old Getzlaf is leading the team with only 40 points.

Did they take that goal yesterday away from Kubalik? He clearly deflected the Murphy shot.

Slim playoffs (I know) but they got some help last night with Nash losing.

Given the sweaters we're wearing tonight I'm predicting a loss.

So as fans what should we be looking at in tonights game. 6 points out of a wildcard spot seems very difficult to achieve, our GM and coach think it’s possible but both are holding on to jobs they should of lost months ago and the other years ago. So my fellow message board posters, what should we be looking at in tonights game.

You do know that if they pull off the miracle and sneak in that nobody will be gone....it'll be status quo. More Bowman and more of his boy, JC. The way I look at it is that it's no lose situation....I mean I used to get very involved in their play. Not so much anymore. If they manage to play well enough to win a game, I'll at least enjoy watching them play. If they suck again...it moves JC and Bowman closer to the launching pad.

So let’s review what Koekkoek and Maatta’s sideways passing resulted in vs. aiming a shot on net w/ a shooting lane open:

An easy turnover and several quality chances including a point-blank shot by Anaheim.

What do ya think...finally time to learn from the same mistake or keep looking to turn nothing into something much worse? ?

...okay, whoever told Kampf and Carpenter that the Ducks players have the corona virus...that was a cheap move.

They really showed how they can play when they put their minds to it.

First time I've seen them play like that wearing the black. Kane put a puck right in Strome's watch pocket for his 2nd goal. Lots of chances off Anaheim's lapses. Lehner got his 1st shutout of the year for someone else. Heck of an evening.

Suban all smiles for getting a few shots. Glad he is happy being a backup.

Man, murphy was down on his wallet just about the entire game. Wonder if we would have had this crow all year without playing along his would be replacement. Guess there is another NMC 3 year deal coming with a bump in pay.
