Philly fans are blue collar, loud and obnoxious, but largely non-violent. You can easily wear an opposing jersey to the game and will be physically safe.

Cowboy fans are typically very fair weather and also no violent.

If you are wondering who the 'worst' fans in terms of other people not being safe I'd actually lean towards SF. They have been known for stabbings in their bathrooms.

As for the video remove the jerseys. Looks like a typical seen in most major cities after the bar closes. Probably just some drunk people with misguided anger. The real problem isn't 'football', but misdirected anger.
