No. Cap hell is when your team sucks and you dont have the ability to fix it. Paying great players what they deserve is a good place to be.

Draft capital was supposedly lower this year, and Pace seems to have done fine. Better than fin by most fan opinions. Of course, the final grades arent out just yet...

And the Raiders are definitely going to be bad....lol
