Agreed. They had the toughest schedule in the league, went a good portion of the season without arguably their best defensive player, and had to cover up a glaring weakness at the tight end spot. I’m reluctant to call it a weakness. Actually “missing” may be the better way to describe it. Next season will be better.

Chris Simms is usually hard on Nagy/Trubisky, so I'm not sure where this is coming from.

But I'll say again, it's hard to overcome bad coaching & bad quarterback play.

I've found that this forum has a tendency to start pounding it's chest about the team when no games are being played and claims don't have to be backed up. Radically different from game day morning.
