cubs gave bryant 100K over projected, gave Javy 200K over projected like its gonna save face for them to get a hometown discount. Could have locked up Javy for 150K for a bunch of years. Last year they probably could have done it for 100-120. I am thinking 200 is the next threshold for a solid year.
