They’re playing great as it is now, the only guy I want back is Hicks, the rest can stay as backups. Replacement have a lot to prove and are playing with a lot of heart.

Bears defense needs to rotate the guys around more and give the younger guys more playing time.

Packers have one of the worst defenses in the NFL... Below, highlighted in RED is YPP. Boy, they're in some good company, kek

GB was 14th in ppg before today. Yardage rankings dont matter.

True, doesn't matter in the playoffs if a team like the 9ers can run all over you.

We had a poor performance at SF, no doubt, but that doesnt mean we would again if we running into SF in the playoffs. Especially if they are a wild card team.

2014, 2015, and 2016 all saw us get destroyed in the regular season by teams we would either take to OT or beat in the playoffs.

They’re pretty decent according to PPG which is the most important statistic

Honestly, PPG in the regular season won't matter in the playoffs. They gave up 20+ versus any playoff team besides the vikings. And ALL those playoff teams have a better defense than the packers.

It's why I told aaronitout about DVOA and he acted like its a made up stat.

They are statistically one of the worst defenses in the NFL. PPG they are average, but any decent offense in the NFL will put up points on that packers team in the playoffs, and will dominate ToP in the playoffs.

I fear for the packers if they meet the 9ers or seahawks in the playoffs. Actually, I don't, because I'll enjoy watching the slaughter.

This is 2019.

Your rush defense is putrid. Your defense, period, is putrid.

Go back to thinking that two players are better than one player.

Sorry but this thread is about Danny Trevathan returning for the Packers game next week ie a regular season game. Bears are currently not a playoff team and especially not a playoff offense. Please stay on topic.

thanks.

No, they are statistically a solid D. According to actual stats like ppg and turnovers. Our D in 2016 was total garbage and we got to the NFCCG off of Rodgers alone.

Right, and you prolly said the same about SEA in 2014, ARZ, in 2015, and DAL in 2016, none of which were blowouts after being trashed by them in the regular season.

Packers D is definitely not putrid. May not be elite or even particularly good but they’re definitely not putrid.

Our D is top 12 in ppg. So, have fun in fantasy land.

Yes, the Smith duo is significantly more productive then Mack, and you are paying Mack more per year then both of them combined. Why open up this can of worms about how your paying more for far less production again?

Kid, you are literally the one who started the PPG debate. You legit responded to something that is completely off topic to the thread, but I'm not allowed to?

Go cry some more.

And I mentioned nothing about the bears in my response.

Their rushing D is bottom 5 in the league.

I'd call that putrid when you might be facing 3 of the top 5 rushing offenses in the league in the playoffs.

4th highest yards/play in the NFL.

DVOA of 26th in the league.

But okay kid.

DVOA isn't an nfl statistic, so who tf cares? Lol

Once again you appeal to yards, yards dont matter. Points matter. GB is top 12 in points allowed. Because turnover and redzone d matters.

If top 12 in points allowed to you is putrid, then you know nothing about football.

Thats cute, except you won't be facing some of the garbage offenses you faced in the regular season in the playoffs.

Seattle and the 9ers will run all over your shit D.

Your first round matchup should be seattle.

You’re cherry picking stats and looking at them in a vacuum. If they give up a lot of yards, but not a lot of points they are probably really good at red zone D, which is crucial in the NFL. Also how they may or may not do in the playoffs is irrelevant because it hasn’t happened yet

You’re such an angry person

You're the one calling me out for mentioning something you mentioned previously.

Not my fault you have the attention span of a god damn chimp.

Like I said, if you don't want to join in then fucking leave.
