Not a fan. But he was 20x better than Silver. Should be on his tombstone, "He was 20x better than Silver, and Jordan made him". RIP

I thought people had a reason to boo the man at the draft, turns out they dont care who they boo at the draft.

Its the way to go, get in your 70's, have a massive event not some long drawn out illness ruining what you had left in life.

Maybe at 85. 70s is still too young to go.

The one thing i hate that he did is he raised the age limit for the draft. I think kids should be able to declare after high school. Whats the point of "one and done"? The whole "student athlete" thing is a farce. The kids should get paid.

I was for two years and done. 20 year old age limit. Stern was too, but went for the compromise. The compromise is clearly worse than just allowing 18 year olds in. Now I'm for eliminating the age limit. Personally though I'd like to require players to play 1 year in the G-League within exception (like a LeBron James talent would be an exception, how you determine that is up for discussion).

I don't support any limit. These are 18 year old men. They can vote, buy guns, fight for our country, etc. That means they can also take risks. That means if they want to go pro even if they arent ready, the should be able, too. There should be no coddling.

Owners will never go for that. They aren't going to pay millions of dollars to their top picks to have them play in the G-League.
