He aint no A+ gm with the misses he's had in the first rounds, BUT he did put together an awesome team this year. In the end he'll be graded by how Trubisky turns out i guess, and that looks pretty good so far. Imo, his hire of Nagy is his best move so far. Even more than the Mack trade.
