La Russa's records are probably too good to be true as well.
This got to the point I feel 2018/19 world series should be vacated or asterisk.
In the White Sox case, with their pay roll I'd argue the rules of the league salary cap cheat them more than they can possibly retaliate. Boston and Houston should be seriously ashamed to have gone to this length.
They are going to have to hire technology inspectors who travel the league and hang out in club houses, inspect facilities and attempt to catch stadium/dughouse relays, etc.
They just need to establish a blueprint of exactly what you CAN do and what that looks like. They should probably make that a uniform "tech/info" rules and determine for teams how specifically they are allowed to use technology. Set up a future death penalty with extensive and detailed punishments laid out for offenders. And move on the best they can.
