A little surprised with this pick, but Pace must have really liked him considering Alex Barnes and Myles Gaskin, two guys Pace looked closely at, were still on the board

I said speed doesn't matter unless it's special fast. That's special fast but alone it still doesn't mean much. Hard to believe he's that fast with his short stride and low knees. Has returner written all over him.

Was hoping for Love but

Whyte Coward does have a special sound to it...... Better than Gay Blewitt

Here is the Cohen RB type for those of us who thought we needed another speed RB added to the mix...

Exactly. RBBC approach with unpredictability added

sounds like a special teamer guy who can play as a returner.....as a 7th rounder zero guarantee he makes the team.

I see this pick as the Bears are really addressing the special teams this year. He can return and hopefully be a gunner type. But yes, he can run the ball and adds more speed to the RB room. Pace is killing it, imo.

He also catches the ball with ease. He has breakaway speed and runs hard. Intriguing player...

I like it. I was hoping the F.O. would focus on key S.T. players. I would love to see a close replication of Hester & Manning returning kicks & punts for the Bears again.

I like intentionally pursuing S.T. players in these late-late rounds. Instead of shooting for the stars in hopes of getting the next Tom Brady, just for it to not happen, when there are numbers of players who could be a force on S.T. still on the board.

I would love to see another nice 1-2 returner combo again & between this kid & Peterson I hope they have that.

We definately have gimmicks on the roster to say the least. Should be fun to watch.
