I'm still trying to learn as much as I can about the based ballz and inform my opinion on what exactly is up Mark Teixeira's ass when he runs, or why does Jeff Karsten's face look like #DERP when he pitches. In the crusade to find knowledge to help me understand why Jayson Werth's beard is a source of power I have run into several podcasts that have been extremely helpful in my development as a fan.

Sports radio (670 mainly) sucks ballz because it's all football and waiting for shit to end so they can talk more football. I blame Chicagoans for this, we get sucked into that football vortex and eat that shit up even if it tastes like shit. It's not good, it hasn't been good for years. So for me, Podcasts are the way to go.

Here are my favorites.

Up and In
OLD, but still relevant and worth a listen. Jason Parks and KG both hate your teams but they do so while informing you why your team sucks all of the ass in the world. They also talk about art so if you are a typical meathead I wouldn't listen, but if you have advanced your brain beyond the cro magnon stage you should enjoy the sweet information they give you for FREE

The Prodcast
Two pretty awesome doodz that don't take based ballz too srsly and talk about good music and shit. Lotta #DERP and #DADHAT and #DADLAP in this shit, but it's all good. They inform quite a bit. I love them dearly.

The Baseball Show with Rany and Joe

If you hate numbers and shit just stop reading and skip to the next one because these guys will annoy the shit out of you. If you take it in proper context, howeva, you will understand that these two fuckos are the ying to the Up and In yang and in conjunction activate some wonder twin powers and make you smarter by osmosis.

Whatever the fuck the next BP Jason Parks podcast will be called

COMING SOON but I can guarantee you that it'll be hotter than a naked Steve Stone on rocks.

Anyways, that's the short list for podcasts. If I have time I'll share some really solid twitter handles to follow for the based ballz.

Mays moved with elegance, pushed from behind by a body of light so brilliant that an army of tiny Mayans appeared at his feet and started a culture based around his incandescent glow. The room was a church, and Mays was the book of verse we all accepted as a path to salvation. I wanted to read his face and learn from his soul.

bruh, read this.

Keith Law has a new weekly podcast coming out tomorrow.

I'm still trying to get a feel for how he ranks prospects and where his skill biases slant. I know Parks loves #Texans and big bodies, kids with high risk upside, Goldstein was a sucker for the MIF with the hit tool (btw, Parks gives KG, who works for the Astros now, a prospect shoutout with prospect #101), but I think Law is more neutral than the both of them and kinda sprays the shot a bit. I could be wrong.

It'll be good to constantly hear his thoughts on who is good and what not. He is a solid follow on twitter, @keithlaw.
