CCS foodies,

Please hook me up with a killer PGC recipe! I have been in love with this since moving to Colorado in 2001. At this time of year, there is only frozen hatch green chili in the supermarket. I'm looking for a creamy/thick version with onions, garlic, tomatoes, the works.

For those that live in Colorado and/or Denver: Looking for smothering PGC. Like Santiagos but better.

Its for Sunday Night Football and thanks in advance if you have any recipes!

But the Bears are playing the Vikings so your food should have a Minnesota theme

I know for a fact HHM has a killer PGC recipe, but it involves some pretty intricate fanning of things using a fork.

I tried doing the "Opponent Themed Game Day Menu" one season and it was the Vikes match-up that got me to give up on it.

Those people are gross. Walleye?!? I mean, are you freaking kidding me?!?!?

I love walleye but you could always go with a "juicy Lucy" for the Minny games.

Of course you do Mister "Sardines and Nesquik" Man. I will just go ahead and decline any future dinner invites to the HHM Household in advance.

Thanks!

The fact that you spelled chile incorrectly disgusts me.

Also the fact that you are looking for a Denver recipe for green chile.... Smdh

I agree on the dinner invite. Who wants a Cuban sandwich pressed by a fucking landscaping rock?

I said some really nice things about you and you don't even thank my post.

People tell me this is tremendously sad, this is what they tell me.

Are you a pepperoni-faced dork machine? I don't know, you tell me, I don't know.

It was a smallish boulder from the terminal moraine

Sardines and Nesquik are just my post-pump recovery snack. Walleye is gr8. It's like perch but better. Try it fried.

I do like fried walleye fingers for some bar food snacks
