Someone shared a historical program on Imgur a few months ago, I didn't bother posting it because it's...well, a little "meh"....and it would have gotten lost in all the Trubisky vs Watson vs Mahomes threads...lol. It probably still will, but it's cool to look at on a slow weekend morning:

- I didn't know Wrigley Field was Cubs Park until the following year - 1927.
- There are a few player profiles, but just like today, there's a bunch of ads.
- Cool to see some of the businesses that operated at addresses we still know today. ..Wabash, Halstead, Clark...etc.

* Feel free to turn this into a Trubisky thread if it doesn't gain traction...lol.

* Evidently, if you refresh the page the image preview looks better.
* Once the image preview works, you can flip the pages without redirecting to Imgur.

There was a bunch of stuff like this at the Hall of Fame. Anyone who is a football fan, I would highly recommend the trip. Luckily, it's only a few hour road trip from NWI and was totally worth it. Looking to go to Cooperstown next. I don't really have a bucket list, but those two visits would definitely be on it as a sports fan.

"Players are now prohibited on defense from striking an opponent in the face with the heel, back or side of the hand"

It's barely even football anymore. I'll be watching something else when the television is invented next year.
LOL, sounds like my pops. He misses real football.
