Nebraska was given better odds to win it all than ND. Also, to whoever mentioned their record, they did go 4-8 but had several games that could have gone the other way and could have easily been above .500

Who has them ranked in the Top 25? The AP and Coaches haven't released their polls yet.

For the record, I think them being in the Top 25 would be a bit much but I'd buy the "program on a rise" hype.
Yeah, wasn't necessarily referring to the AP/Coaches poll, just random polls on the internet that are out there. Like you mentioned, most of them are some guy just sitting in his basement, but still the hype is unreal.

I think they should be a popular rising team. The schedule seems REALLY soft this year. They have OSU but they dodge Mich, MSU, PSU, etc

Wisc, Iowa, and NW are all at home for them too.

My favorite teams
  1. Chicago White Sox
  1. Chicago Bulls
  1. Chicago Bears
  1. Nebraska Cornhuskers
  2. Villanova Wildcats
The 'N' on their helmets stands for "Nowledge."

Anyways, I'm a huge NU fan. I think they'll be better this year, but they're not going to Indy.

NU is now officially Northwestern University, not Nebraska. Poor Scott Frost killed his career by returning to his alma mater, kind of like Jim Harbaugh.

I think the average is around 5 teams that are in the Top 10 preseason poll end up nowhere near it.

All teams ranked 6-10 could easily end up not in the Top 10 from this poll
