I think I would give any show that any one of them was in a fair shot.

All 4 of them nailed their characters with all the nuance.
Mikes way of speaking always sold the exhausted ex cop who did everything the best he could, yet just wanted the tasks to be over... never scared or nervous, just vaguely annoyed.

Howard, even when he was trying to be nice just dripped the " i am better and smarter than you" vibe. It always felt like he had something far more important on his mind and the people he spoke to were to be dismissed politely yet quickly so he could move on.

Lalo was a perfectly charming and engaging psycho.

Fring- what can you say... amazing.
Precision, efficiency in words and motion, air of superiority... everything about him was incredible.
Then, to do so well playing the friendly and subservient restaurant owner through the lens of a drug dealer.... the tiny glimpses you get of the real fring while he is playing chicken man... just brilliant work all around.
