I haven't seen them live yet but I recommend going.

Would like to have a beer with some you.

I made this transition from metalhead to proghead from about 15-10 years ago.

Pain of Salvation was important along that journey. Not just for the prog-METAL aspect or even the musical aspect that I got from other bands as well though. But I look at life differently now because of this music.

Oh disclaimer, despite the name, this is not a xtain band, no finding Jesus moment here but maybe close, haha.

I've been lucky enough to meet many of my musical heroes and thank them just by having the right friends I guess, but I haven't got to meet and thank Daniel Gildenlow yet. He backed out of a couple side projects he was in on US tours and was sick last side project I saw back in Feb.

So now I finally get to thank Mr. Gildenlow.

This took more time and effort and may just be more special anyway.

Come to the show. Beer! Prog! Ytsejam!!!!!
