Bears should have hired him earlier this week, they sat on their hands and made him an offer too late.

Typical Bears move

Even though we didn't get him, it proves those posters who said Nagy's ego was too big to hire an experienced OC were dead wrong...

As they have not hired an OC that is yet to be proven. But what has been proven is that becoming OC for a HC that refuses to give up playcalling despite being near the bottom of the league at that task is not a desirable landing spot.

Bears are destined for a Dowell Logains type hire

Nagy could hire Andy Reid and still not know how to run an offense. But he’s a players coach so that’s something I guess. Fans should have low expectations for 2020, I see more L’s Bells in Nagys future than club dubz.

Nah, he did not want the Bears job, he wanted a better opportunity. He was not going to call plays in Chicago, Trubisky is the current QB and it is a potential one year deal with Pace being on the hot seat.

Being an OC in Chicago is a resume builder. Start at the bottom and get a little experience for the next job.

He gets total control and a better QB in Denver.
