1. Making Mitch look good enough that some Special person GM trades for him.

2. Still manage to lose enough games to draft a new, good QB, and the new GM to draft him.

Is Nagy capable of this? Time will tell. And 15 more games in that time.

1. He has as much trade value as Blake Bortles, not gunna happen.

2. Doesn’t matter if they lose games as the pick goes to the raiders.

No my friend, this is what we are. All in on this team as it stands, gotta hope he gets better, their is no other path but forward with mr one read and panic.

Listening to excuses for Mitch not being better.

The slow realization that if Mitch doesn’t turn it around we will be in the same position as the Jags were with Bortles. Having to pay a below average QB because we don’t have a plan B.

We need mitch to put together a season like last year, then float him out there for trade bait. Take whatever we get offered, maybe mid round pick and a player. Trade up into the first and draft a QB.

This is on the assumption that Mitch just doesn't appear to have the 'it' factor for the rest of the season which I think we can all agree that based on the tape, that's not likely to show up.

Problem is if he gets to the point of being tradable it’s hard to realistically imagine the organization giving up on him.

He either sucks and they move on or he plays good enough and is the guy for the foreseeable future. There’s really no realistic trade scenario involving Mitch. (Maybe for like a 7th. But that’s just me conceding nothing is really ever 100%. But yeah, there’s really no scenario where the Bears are trading Mitchell Trubisky. At least for anything resembling worthy) There is no scenario where he has decent trade value and the organization wouldn’t rather just keep him.

Even if we tanked the season we don’t have a first lol. We would be helping the raiders grab their new qb

We need to find a retread cause pace didn’t draft Watson

Nagy is literally doing the exact opposite of "trying to make mitch look good".

A good coach with an inexperienced QB would be run first and run again until the time is right for a play action pass.

Instead Nagy goes almost an entire half of football without handing it off to a RB.

Its 100% ego driven. Something young head coaches have such a hard time overcoming. It usually takes getting fired once or twice before they put their egos aside for the betterment of the team

My favorite teams
  1. Chicago Bears
Can this locker room survive without going toxic tanking an entire season?

Houston basically doesn’t have a GM and traded away Clowney for half a pack of cigarettes. Maybe they’d take the bait on that.

Oh wait no they won’t because even their invalid former GM who got fired was smart enough to take DeShaun Watson when he was on the board.
