Mick Mars at 101....Steve via at 105. I almost spit out my food.
It is not a ranking system. I will not rank all these guitarists. My favorite is Jimmy Page and Jimi Hendrix is my second favorite. From there it is a free for all. I did list my top ten though.

Other than water, she only lets him drink dandelion tea. He can't even have minuscule amounts of caffeine because that might trigger a relapse. No wonder he's angry.
My wife tried that shit. Didn’t work.

No Jason Becker ? Guthrie govan?

Goddammit! I missed The Aristocrats at Reggie's last Saturday. Found out about it at 10pm the same night.
I might drive to Nashville for the 8-10 show.

I overlook the guitar playing of Daniel Gildenlow (Pain of Salvation) and Roine Stolt (The Flower Kings) because of their songwriting but both of those motherfuckers can play.

Those are my two favorites as well, in the same order.

Phil Keaggy has frequently been listed as one of the world's top-three "finger-style", as well as "finger-picking", guitarists by Guitar Player Magazine readers' polls. Of course he plays great electric too. I like his original singer/songwriter rock albums myself (Sunday's Child, Crimson and Blue), but of his 58 studio albums the vast majority are instrumental. He was guitarist/lead vocal from the three piece band Glass Harp that had some fame opening for Hendrix, Yes, etc.

Keaggy became a pioneer in the live performance use of Looping.
