He should be heading to low A ball soon. He’s 6 for 9 with a homer in the Arizona League.

From the article...

“Andrew Vaughn’s first impression was a good one.

The White Sox’ No. 3 overall draft pick, generally viewed as the best hitter available in the draft, homered in his second game as a professional on Tuesday, belting a home run his first time up and going 4-for-5 with two doubles as well. In his first game, Vaughn went 2-for-4 with a pair of singles.”

He’s at Kannapolis now. He went 1-4 last night but did whiff three times.

Vaughn was 2-3 last night with a home run and two RBIs. He also walked twice. That's his first home run in low A ball.
His OPS is 1,012 but he's only played a few games.

They just need to keep promoting him until he is challenged. .929 is not challenged, don't keep him their long. Let him rub shoulders with a few peeps and coaches and move him along.
