Maybe you could make the theme but copy it multiple times and have different banners for each on.
There could be a CCS Chicago Cubs Stars, a CCS Chicago Cubs Pitchers, and a CCS Chicago Cubs Young Stars or something along those lines.

D Lee because he has the been the "face" of the franchise longer than anyone else on the team and then Starlin because he will the be the "face" of the franchise for a long long time.
