Of course the Bears can win. As they say, "on any given Sunday...."

This will be the game to show how much heart the team has. If they are capable of going to Lambeau and beat the Pack to keep their 2% chance of making the playoffs alive, they will show that they are for real. A win would probably save some jobs as well.
Bears losing could be a huge problem, this is the reason i think Bears will play like a muthafucker...just don't get knocked out off the race by our own rival in the 100th season...i rather have the vikings or the chiefs do that if the Bears aren't going to make it.

Packers defense is susceptible to the run. Its passing defense is giving up about the same yards per attempt as the Lions defense is .

Bears need to establish the run, keep the clock moving .

Play action needs to be a big part of this game.

If the Bears fail to run the ball enough and don't give them a steady dose of play action they won't win.

Bolded would be awesome if Nagy wouldn't also be susceptible to abandoning the run.

If we can run the ball or convert third downs at a good clip we can stay in it and steal it.

The defense isn't the same that shut them down at home. This will be tough to hold them under 20. Our best shot is to keep them in that reachable 17-23 range, and hope for a timely turnover or defensive/STs score, or if we could run the ball like some other teams have with them...control the game.

The line is 2 to 1...and the actual chances are more on the packers side, probably 3 or 4 to one.

At worst we have a 20% chance.

Yeah....show up to the game and see how bad they want it, they may prioritize health over the W in this one.

Nagy has run the ball. It just hasn't been as effective as in the past.......make sure they are using play action.

Ugh, I didn't say he doesn't run. I said he abandons the run. He has long stretches where he throws runs out the window and calls straight passing plays. I am reminded of the game where Montgomery starts with a 6 yard run and only has 2 more carries the whole first half and other shit like that.

I agree with that. I think, of late, he has been more consistent.

Even if the run is not there early he needs to learn to stick with it. That has been his issue in the past.

I gave up on this team weeks ago, then they started playing watchable football. Now that I am mildly interested again I 100% expect them to shit the bed for the rest of the season.
Just keep giving up. It's been working.

I think all our "D" needs is 21-28 pts. AND we gotta establish the run. When we have short & 3rd situations......RUN the ball up the A or B gap. We gotta Stop this outside, trick-toss play, around end junk in short yardage situations .

We gotta help the "D" by scoring early .

I feel really good about this game...The Bears are on the upswing and have something to prove and nothing to lose..The Packers played poorly last game, and have nothing to prove by beating the Bears..Most talking heads are predicting a Packer win, so thats even more motivation for our guys..I'm hoping that Nagy calls a good game and lets it fly!

Bears 23
Packers 21

I'm ready to be hurt again.

Three things I'd love to see:

- Mitch continuing to use his legs
- David Montgomery pounding it to open up play action
- Hicks giving the entire D a spark

We didnt really play poorly last week, so much as ultra conservative. Washington scored a late garbage time TD to make it look more competitive then it was.

GB has alot at stake this game, I dont expect them to be flat or unmotivated.

Reading thru these comments....everyone fully expects the season to end by getting kicked in the nuts by the Packers on the road.

100th season ending as it has so many times....but there's a chance!

Bears 24, pack 13. Rodgers Has 2 turnovers, should be three but the refs overturn a pick on a phantom holding call.
as far as GB “making Mitch be a QB”, he was trying to be a pocket passer since the first week until recently. Not sure anything they did caused them to change their O for 10 games.
I keep hearing this narrative that Nagy tried to make Mitch a "pocket passer" yet I have never seen anything that substantiates that claim. Does anyone have any links to prove this theory?

Not saying that Trubs is not playing different than the first half of the season.
