Not much in the way of organised strike talk yet but consider the effects of a TSA or other walkout/sick day(s). I doubt on site security will be compromised but if the government is still closed at the start of feb, any walkout related to travel or security would certainly be making a point.

I thought the strike was already kicked off by Cody Parky.

I have to fly home to Atlanta on Friday night of SuperBowl weekend. I am definitely worried about waits if the shutdown does not end beforehand.

The shutdown is not going to end before then. You will want to get there at least 6 to 7 hours early.

There is actually a rumor (albeit, a small one) that the NFL may cancel the Super Bowl this year.

Do you mean that the fans that paid 1000.00 for bad seats are going to get to the game late?

The President has his personal staff in the white house, probably borrowed some volunteers from one of his hotels, if he is a football fan, he will take care of it.

This site is one of our few escapes from that rubbish.

WHY???????? Why post this?

It will turn into a +10 page political post.

Hopefully, they move this to the current event forum quickly.
